JOIN US IN SYDNEY!
The three largest cancer research networks in NSW are working together to deliver the NSW Cancer Conference. Maridulu Budyari Gumal - SPHERE, in conjunction with Sydney Cancer Partners and NSW Regional Health Partners, are pleased to host the face-to-face NSW Cancer Conference on the 18th & 19th of September 2023 at the International Conference Centre (ICC) Sydney. The conference in its second year, represents a significant milestone for cancer research in NSW by bringing together both metropolitan and regional centres from across NSW for a truly state-wide, cross-institutional meeting focused on cancer research. The event will build on existing relationships and collaborations to present an inclusive and accessible conference promoting understanding across institutions in NSW. The conference aims to showcase existing and emerging strengths in cancer research across NSW and beyond, through high-calibre presentations from international, interstate, and local speakers. Importantly, the program highlights cancer research from the entire translational research continuum – including basic biomedical, public health, clinical and psychosocial. Last year, we had a diverse audience of over 370 clinicians, researchers, students, and consumers, which we anticipate increasing in 2023. We look forward to seeing you in Sydney this September.

We acknowledge the many Traditional Custodians of Country throughout regional, rural and remote NSW and honour their Elders, families and descendants, past and present. We recognise and respect their cultural heritage, beliefs, and deep and continuing relationship with the land and waterways. We acknowledge that they are the proud survivors of more than two hundred years of dispossession.
