Cancer Research Education Portal (CREd Portal)

To strengthen cancer research education and foster collaboration across NSW, the Cancer Institute NSW commissioned the development of the Cancer Research Education Portal (CREd Portal) in partnership with three Translational Cancer Research Centres: the NSW Regional Cancer Research Network, Sydney Cancer Partners, and Maridulu Budyari Gumal (SPHERE) Cancer Clinical Academic Group.

The CREd Portal supports statewide knowledge-sharing and the development of educational resources in cancer research, ensuring researchers have access to high-quality, practical tools and learning opportunities.

What’s available on the portal

The CREd Portal provides access to a growing library of cancer research education content, including:

  • Recordings from the monthly Statewide Cancer Research Seminar Series
  • Sessions from the NSW Cancer Research Symposium on Data Linkage
  • Presentations from the 2022 NSW Cancer Conference
  • Additional educational resources, including materials on clinical trials and data linkage

Who can access the portal?

The CREd Portal is a NSW Health–hosted SharePoint site and is open to anyone with an interest in cancer research across NSW. As the portal is hosted on SharePoint, access must be requested and approved before use.
