NSW Cancer Research Education Statewide Seminar Series returns for 2026

 

Sydney Cancer Partners, in collaboration with Maridulu Budyari Gumal (SPHERE) Cancer CAG and the NSW Regional Cancer Research Network, is proud to deliver the NSW Cancer Research Education State-wide Seminar Series 2026—a monthly program designed to support learning, collaboration, and innovation across the cancer research community.

 

The seminars will be held online from 12.30–1.30 pm on the third Tuesday of each month, providing an accessible, state-wide forum for clinicians, researchers, and allied health professionals.


Upcoming Seminar: Opportunities for Proteomics in Cancer Research

This one-hour virtual seminar will explore mass spectrometry–based proteomics as a rapidly advancing frontier in cancer research. Attendees will gain insight into how proteomic data can enhance patient care through improved risk stratification, more informed treatment selection, and refined disease classification.

Led by experts in translational cancer proteomics, the session is designed to be accessible and relevant across disciplines, bridging research and clinical practice.
